To make your task easier and simpler, we have divided our program into different levels because each individual is a separate identity and consequently his needs and requirements would be different. As you are rightly aware Phacoemulsification training requires a certain level of skills, which we have defined into a four level entry program. The trainee has been provided the opportunity to judge and place himself into any one of these four levels, against which we have defined the modules that you would need to undertake to master the technique and skills associated with Phacoemulsification.
